Privacy Policy

WealthMog (wealthmog.com) is operated from the United Kingdom. This page explains what we collect, why, who handles it for us, and how to get it removed. We keep it short because we collect very little.
What we collect
Profile data you give us. Your handle, display name, flex line, and any social links you add. This is public by design: it is the content of your leaderboard entry.
Your email address, if you provide one. Used for sign-in links, a confirmation when you are placed, and board notifications (for example, that someone outranked you). Your email is never shown publicly and is never sold.
Payment records. The amount you paid, when, and the payment provider's transaction reference. Card details never touch our servers; they are handled entirely by our payment processors (see below).
Board activity. Your committed total, rank history, and a public activity feed entry when your placement changes (for example "@handle joined the board at $50").
Visitor counts. To show "watching now" and "visitors since launch," your browser stores a random identifier in local storage and pings us periodically. It contains no personal information and is not linked to your profile or email.
Technical data. Your IP address is used briefly in memory to rate-limit abuse of the checkout and sign-in endpoints. We do not keep IP logs ourselves; our hosting provider keeps standard short-term request logs.
What we do not do
No advertising trackers, no third-party analytics cookies, no selling or renting of data, no profiling. The only cookie we set is a sign-in session cookie (wm_session) when you log in.
Who processes data for us
Stripe and Polar process payments and hold your card and billing details under their own privacy policies. Vercel hosts the site. Supabase stores our database. Resend delivers our emails. Each receives only what it needs for its job.
Legal basis
We process your data to provide the service you paid for (contract), to keep the board safe from abuse (legitimate interest), and to send you board notifications you opted into by providing your email (consent, withdrawable at any time).
Retention
Profile and payment records are kept while your profile is on the board and for up to six years afterwards for accounting and dispute purposes, as UK law requires. Sign-in links expire in 15 minutes; sessions in 30 days. Visitor identifiers are anonymous and kept for aggregate counts only.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, correct it, or have your profile and email deleted. Email support@wealthmog.com from the address on your account and we will handle it within 30 days. Deleting a profile removes it from the board; payments already made are not refunded (see the terms). You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
Age
WealthMog involves payments and is for adults. You must be 18 or older to place a profile.
Changes
If this policy changes in a way that matters, we will update the date above and note the change on the board.
